Terms of Sale

The Legendary Coyote Store

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through The Legendary Coyote Store's website and other sales channels operated by The Coyote Store, LLC.

By placing an order or purchasing goods or services from us, you agree to the applicable terms described below.

Please review these terms carefully before completing a purchase.

1. Our Business

The Legendary Coyote Store is operated by The Coyote Store, LLC, located in Gail, Texas.

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases offered by The Coyote Store, LLC, including:

  • Concert tickets, season passes, and reserved seating packages.
  • Apparel, hats, accessories, and other merchandise.
  • Prepaid concert meals.
  • Online café orders.
  • Catering services and private event bookings.
  • Gift cards and gift certificates.

Certain purchases may also be governed by additional policies, product descriptions, event terms, or individual service agreements.

2. Pricing and Product Information

All prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, photographs, and availability information are accurate.

However, occasional errors may occur.

If an error materially affects an order, we may contact you to confirm the correct information or cancel the affected order and refund any payment collected for the cancelled items.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, service fees, and other required charges will be disclosed during checkout before your purchase is completed.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. Such changes will not retroactively affect orders already accepted, except as permitted by applicable law.

3. Payment Methods

Depending on the product or service, purchases may be processed through:

  • Square
  • Stripe
  • Affirm or other available financing providers
  • Outhouse Tickets

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Payments processed through third-party providers may be subject to their applicable terms, privacy policies, and payment-processing requirements.

Financing Options

When financing is offered, approval, eligibility, repayment schedules, interest, fees, and other financing conditions are determined by the financing provider.

The Coyote Store, LLC does not guarantee financing approval.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting the financing provider's applicable terms before completing a financed purchase.

Refunds or adjustments involving financed purchases will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the financing provider's requirements.

4. Order Acceptance and Availability

Submitting an order does not guarantee that every requested product or service is available.

Orders are subject to successful payment authorization, applicable availability, and confirmation.

If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will contact you regarding available alternatives or arrange an appropriate refund.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or material pricing or inventory errors, subject to applicable law.

5. Merchandise Purchases

Made-to-Order Merchandise

The Legendary Coyote Store offers merchandise, including shirts, hats, apparel, and accessories, produced on demand by our merchandise fulfillment partner.

Because merchandise is made to order, all merchandise sales are final.

Once a customer places an order, cancellations, changes, and returns for reasons such as incorrect size selection, changes of preference, or unwanted items are not accepted, except where required by applicable law.

Please review product descriptions, available sizes, colors, and order quantities carefully before purchasing.

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to differences in photography, lighting, materials, and display settings.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Include your order information, a description of the issue, and photographs when available.

We will review the concern and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include correcting the order, providing a replacement, or issuing a refund, as applicable.

Nothing in our final-sale policy limits rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Shipping and Local Pickup

We offer merchandise shipping within the United States and may offer local pickup for eligible purchases.

Shipping and pickup options will be presented during checkout when available.

Merchandise is produced on demand, and processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment requirements.

Any shipping or pickup estimates provided are subject to applicable law and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship an order within the applicable promised time, we will provide the notices, cancellation options, and refunds required by law.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping and contact information.

For additional information, please review our Shipping & Returns Policy.

7. Concert Tickets and Season Passes

Purchases of concert tickets, reserved seating, tables, and season passes are subject to our Ticket Policy.

Final Sales

Concert tickets and season passes are non-refundable, except as otherwise required by law or expressly provided in applicable purchase terms.

Rescheduled Concerts

If a concert is rescheduled, existing tickets remain valid for the new date.

Customers who cannot attend the rescheduled date may contact The Coyote Store directly to request credit toward another eligible Coyote Country concert.

Cancelled Concerts

If a concert is cancelled and not rescheduled, eligible ticket holders may receive one replacement admission to another Coyote Country concert for each eligible admission purchased.

Ticket credits must be arranged directly with The Coyote Store and expire on December 31 of the calendar year in which the original concert was scheduled.

Replacement admissions and seating are subject to availability and applicable legal requirements.

Ticket Transfers

Ticket transfers are permitted. The recipient must contact The Coyote Store by phone to arrange redemption of a transferred ticket or applicable credit.

Missed Concerts

No refunds or credits are provided for missed concerts or no-shows, except where required by law.

Weather-related cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the same Ticket Policy provisions.

The Ticket Policy provides additional details regarding these terms and applicable season pass arrangements.

8. Prepaid Meals and Café Orders

The Legendary Coyote Store may offer prepaid concert meals, online café orders, and other food-related purchases.

Food availability, menu selections, quantities, preparation arrangements, and pickup or service details may vary.

Customers should carefully review the specific meal or order details presented at checkout.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable or we are unable to fulfill an accepted food order, we will contact the customer regarding an appropriate substitution, adjustment, or refund.

Requests to modify or cancel food orders will be reviewed according to the applicable order terms, preparation status, and legal requirements.

Prepaid meals included with concert ticket packages may also be subject to the applicable Ticket Policy and package conditions.

If you have a question or concern about a food order, please contact us directly.

9. Catering and Private Events

Catering services, weddings, private gatherings, and other special events may require a separate proposal, contract, or payment agreement.

Specific arrangements may include:

  • Event dates and service locations.
  • Menus, guest counts, and service details.
  • Deposits and payment schedules.
  • Changes to confirmed arrangements.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling terms.
  • Additional service fees or event-specific requirements.

When a separate written agreement applies, its specific provisions will govern the services covered by that agreement.

Customers should review all applicable event proposals, contracts, and payment terms before making a deposit or other payment.

For questions about catering or private event purchases, please contact The Coyote Store directly.

10. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates

The Coyote Store may offer gift cards or gift certificates for eligible purchases.

Gift cards are subject to the specific redemption terms and restrictions disclosed at the time of purchase or issuance, together with applicable law.

Any applicable expiration dates, fees, or material restrictions will be disclosed as required by law.

Purchased gift cards are separate from promotional offers and concert cancellation credits.

The December 31 expiration rule governing certain concert ticket credits does not automatically apply to purchased gift cards.

Gift-card balances and consumer rights will be honored in accordance with applicable federal and Texas law.

For questions regarding gift-card purchases or redemption, please contact us.

11. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, or special purchase opportunities.

Promotions may be subject to additional conditions disclosed with the offer, including eligible products, availability, usage limits, or expiration dates.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

12. Refunds, Disputes, and Customer Assistance

Different types of purchases may be subject to different cancellation, return, and refund policies.

Customers should review the applicable product information and related policies before purchasing.

If you believe an order was charged incorrectly, was not fulfilled, or otherwise requires assistance, please contact us with your order details.

We encourage customers to contact The Coyote Store directly so we can investigate and attempt to resolve their concerns.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits legally protected payment disputes, chargeback rights, or other consumer remedies.

13. Third-Party Services

Some purchasing experiences may involve websites or services operated by independent third parties.

These services may establish their own checkout requirements, account conditions, processing fees, financing agreements, or optional protection products.

The terms of those services may apply in addition to these Terms of Sale.

Where a separate third-party agreement governs a payment or protection product, the applicable provider's terms will control that product, subject to applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

The Coyote Store, LLC may revise these Terms of Sale to reflect operational changes, new products, service offerings, or legal requirements.

Updated terms will be made available through our website.

Revisions will not retroactively remove contractual rights associated with completed purchases.

15. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by applicable laws of the State of Texas and the United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
